This is a video by Fergus Crawley. This guy is an absolute animal when it comes to athletics and mindset, but please do not let his wild accomplishments scare you. He is very relatable and open about his struggles, and I find this makes me trust his insights.

This is my bread and butter. Anyone who knows me jokes that I preach having a system like I am some sort of productivity Mormon… but I do. If you want a system that makes your friends, family, and coworkers think you are smarter than you are, go watch.

Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep, and you’ll see improvements in strength, endurance, and overall well-being. Want to lift heavier? Start with better sleep. you can do your cardio there to, just saying.

It could be something simple like “focus on deep work” or “stay positive under pressure.” Setting a clear intention helps direct your energy and keeps you on track when distractions pop up.
